Meet The Management

Scott Andre

Upon completion of a Degree in Agronomy for Turf Grass Sciences, Scott joined the family business in 1992 as the 4th generation to work for and operate Andre & Son, Inc. Scott is responsible for the development of the Turf Division.  Andre & Son moved to its current location in 2003. At which time, Scott developed the addition of Andre & Son Powersports. He became President in 2005 and Co-owner with his brother Mark Andre in 2012. Scott most recently became sole owner as of January 1, 2021.

Tracy Millard

Tracy started with Andre & Son in February 2012 managing reception. She was later promoted in 2015 to Head of Purchasing for our True Value store. Tracy continues to source products for every retail department.

Heather Evans

​Heather started with Andre & Son in November 2017 in our Accounts Receivable & Payroll department. She was later promoted in June 2019 to Marketing & State Compliance.

Coleen Handy

Colleen joined our team in April 2019 as a part-time warehouse associate. In June 2019, she transitioned to a part-time Accounts Receivable position. She has recently been promoted to a full-time position in Accounts Receivable & Payroll.

Jay Brown

Jay joined our team in May of 2016 as store manager. Jay has helped lead our store to earn several national True Value recognitions. His leadership has helped us exceed the highest national honor of sales and become a 2x National Store of the Year nominee.

Morgan Bush

Morgan started with Andre & Son in September 2019 managing reception. Morgan assists with ordering retail items for our True Value store and is the friendly voice when you call our store.

Wendy Fissler

Wendy began at Andre & Son in 2002 as head of the Accounting department. Her roll has since expanded to include Human Resources and further accounting for Andre & Son Inc. and Andre & Son Powersports.
